Are my purchases made directly through ShopForClothes.com? ShopForClothes does not sell apparel directly to our customers. We provide a service for Internet merchants to list their products for sale on our website. In order to purchase a product, please link directly to the merchant by clicking on the picture of the item, or simply select the "Buy Now" button.
What is the Virtual Closet and Mix and Match?
Once you have signed up for a Virtual Closet, you will be able to save clothing items you are interested within the Virtual Closet. The Mix and Match feature will allow you to arrange these items in any order you choose. Simply drag and drop the items wehre you would like them in order to assemble outfits of your own from all the hottest clothing merchants online.
Where should I get help for items I've purchased on ShopForClothes.com?
ShopForClothes does not actually sell any products. We recommend that you contact either the store you purchased the purchase from or the product's manufacturer for help with any shipping or product inquiries.
How do I shop for specific items of clothing?
Simply enter the item or type of clothing you want in the search box in the upper right corner and hit enter or the search/shop button. A list of products consistent with your Search is then offered. You can also browse through our listings by category along the top or left navigation bars and find exactly what you’re looking for by the Brand or specific type of clothing you desire.
How do I know if the seller ships outside the United States?
Each store has its own policies. Please search for the clothing that interests you and once in the merchant's site you may find out about shipping from any of the sellers or stores.
Is the ShopForClothes price the same as the sellers' own web site?
We regularly update our product listings with the latest prices. On occasion a seller may change the a price on their website before we have updaged the price on ShopForClothes. ShopForClothes is not able to vouch for the accuracy of the prices advertised by sellers.
How do I report any problems I have with the website?
Just send an email to customerservice@shopforclothes.com with a description of any problem. It might be helpful also if you include the Browser and version you are using and the operating system your computer is running.
