Baby doll dresses are hot. Short little baby dolls drop just to mid thigh and are being shown in every color and for every occasion day or night.
I wish there was another, perhaps more glamorous name for this style, but I honestly can’t think of a better one. Although it’s not fair to say baby doll dresses should not be worn after a certain age, it’s probably best for all concerned.
The look is super leggy and youthful. The trend is tempting. I have seen some baby doll dresses that are just darling and some that are quite daring. If you simply must channel your inner baby doll, try black with black with leggings or worn over jeans or a pencil skirt instead of bare-legged.
For a chic almost European look, try pairing black baby doll dress over a black pencil skirt. Accessorize with a fabulous purse and pair of shoes and you baby will be ready to stay out past bedtime.
