Every year it seems right after Black Friday everything turns red.
Perhaps it’s un-American but I am not a huge fan of the color red. Its undeniably a great color and I of course its pretty, but for me it just screams “Holiday” no matter what time of the year, Christmas, 4th of July , Valentines day etc. I can’t count how many times I have put down a beautiful red sweater or shirt for this reason.
Regardless of my personal feelings about the color red, I am the first to say there are definitely some great clothes and accessories to choose from for Fall/Winter 2008 in this festive color. If your going to go there, I think a great rule for red garments and accessories would be “one per customer” that is, one red garment or accessory at a time and definitely to be worn with extreme caution.
Try a fabulous red dress, top, bottom or even a coat. Or try pairing a neutral color or black outfit with a fabulous pair of red shoes, belt or purse.
So if you you’re a fan of the color red, you will definitely find something fabulous for the holidays or any days.
