I think we frugal fashionistas have been quite lucky over the past months because so many fabulous fashion trends are hanging tough through the change in seasons.
There are several hot looks that have carried over from the cooler months, one of them is animal prints. Since I am a huge fan of leopard, this is definitely one of my favorite trends for spring 2009 and I am thrilled my leopard gear gets another go round in the fashion world.
Animal prints are still very high up on the fashion totem pole with most designers. If your budget doesn’t allow for a full-on garment purchase like a jacket or leather skirt, have no fear, there are some really great accessories gracing the racks and catwalks for spring 2009.
Leopard print and hide is always a great choice in my fashion book and never goes out of style, but perhaps you want to go really wild and try something different. Name your poison. Zebra, cheetah and giraffe prints are also hot even in super bright "un-natural" colors.
