If you just can’t get into all the color being shown on the runway and magazines, there are a few alternatives for the less colorful fashionistas.
One alternative is the color combo Black and White and another is Peach.
Black and White, both of these alone are favorite colors of mine and each is a great color choice by itself. I think that it is so stunning and flattering for anyone to be dressed in all of either color. Of course you might want to save the all white ensemble for summer.
Black and White can be considered a traditional color combo and is definitely a fashion choice for 2008. The trick at least for me is to not look like a waitress, member of a funeral/wedding party or an escapee from an old movie.
Just Peachy. Peach is another “color “alternative for 2008. This “other color” is showing up in the magazines and on the runway as a soft alternative to all the bold and brights being shown on the catwalks. This color looks great on all the models I have seen, but I don’t know that this color is flattering on everyone.
I tend to favor darker colors, but I have seen several items that have caught my eye and would consider adding to my wardrobe. If you can pull it off, the color peach is just perfect for spring / summer and should be considered as a wardrobe addition especially if your interested in trying a fresh new look.
