A lot of you guys will be putting on the dog for the holidays. Whether the parties you’re attending are semi-formal or casual, you are going to want to put a little more effort into your outfit to look extra special.
Since we are all on a tighter budget this year, it’s important to make the most of your wardrobe. Learning how to mix and match and layer are great ways, but giving your outfit new life or just a little oomph can be as easy as adding an accessory or garment.
The holidays are a perfect time to try out something you don’t usually wear:
1. Snazzy socks, try an eye catching color or print, red, pink or plaid.
2. A jazzy scarf with a splash of nontraditional color
3 Gloves instead of the classic knit or leather try a bright color of embossed faux reptile skin.
4. The unusual usual, suspenders, money clip, keychain, tote or daily planner in something other than black, grey or brown.
5. A fun or funky belt.
6. Cufflinks
7. A watch. They say a watch can say a lot about a man. What does yours express?
8. A messenger bag in leather. Very cool.
9. Retro or European-looking shoes or boots, lots of our favorite designers are doing men’s shoes.
